Agoura Hills is a city situated in north Los Angeles County adjacent to the Ventura County border sitting next to Oak Park and Westlake Village and nestled between the Simi Hills and the Santa Monica Mountains. With an approximate population of 20,299, it sits about 30 miles northwest of Downtown Los Angeles and just west of nearby San Fernando Valley off the 101 so many choose to live here and commute to L.A.
Agoura Hills is surrounded by mountains with lots of open space and many small shopping centers such as the Whizin Center. From Kanan Road it is a short straight drive to Malibu beaches and restaurants. Old Agoura Hills offers horse properties while other parts of Agoura Hills such as Morrison Ranch offer beautiful high-end homes.
